By accessing and using HEALS ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

  • Analytics and reporting tools
User Responsibilities

Account Security

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Use strong passwords and enable multi-factor authentication
  • Log out of your account when using shared devices

Compliance

  • Comply with all applicable healthcare regulations
  • Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality
  • Use the service only for authorized purposes
  • Report any security incidents promptly
Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

Payment and Billing

Payment terms vary by subscription plan and are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis:

  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice
  • Late payments may result in service suspension
  • Enterprise customers may have custom payment terms
  • Taxes will be added where applicable
Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HEALS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to delete your account.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where HEALS is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
